Mr. Haveson is a former Chief Trial Attorney-Mercer County Prosecutor's Office (1977-1985) where he held the positions of Chief of the Homicide Unit, Chief of the Career Criminal Unit, Chief of the Trial Section and the Chief of the Juvenile Unit. Mr. Haveson prosecuted over 75 jury trials, including 15 murder cases. He has served as Municipal Prosecutor in East Windsor and Lawrence Townships. Over the past 25 years he has gained extensive experience in criminal defense. Jury trials have included numerous homicide defense cases.
